If you’ve been feeling that the blog has been a bit quiet, you’re right…but I assure you that I haven’t been slacking off. We’ve been working non-stop to get all those holiday orders out the door in time for the big day and when it’s this busy – it’s “all hands” to shipping!

There’s been a lot of late nights and early mornings this season, but it’s all starting to wind down. There are always those few last minute frantic phone calls, but generally speaking the next few days give us time to clean up the mess!

As I dig out from the pile of paperwork on my desk, I wanted to take a few moments to say thank you. It’s no news that these are not the best of times for our economy. Budgets are tight and magic tricks may not be first on your list of priorities. But when our customers do think “magic”, then tend to come back to us again and again.

For that, I am very grateful.

I know when it comes to parting with your money that you have choices and I am humbled by the fact that so many choose us. Our customers choose us for many reasons - but generally speaking it’s NOT because we are the lowest cost shop on the planet. Our prices are competitive, but I never try to battle it out on price alone. We compete through service, speed, technology, information, responsiveness, and sincere belief that we can help you become a better magician. Your continued support and patronage reminds us that you value those things too.  I promise to keep working to earn that support and will continue to focus on how we can serve you even better in the coming year.
